Status: stub — no upstream endpoint found that models the SP-API FinancialEventGroup (requires eventGroupId keying, date-range filter, and cursor pagination). Returns empty response pending Phase 5.

Update the status of a final payout case PUT

Transitions the authenticated seller's final payout case to Resolved or Closed, optionally including resolution notes. Requires disbursements:write scope. Delegates to GMPPaymentsPlatform (Phase 5).
